Tunisia’s state grains agency is believed to have purchased about 125,000 tonnes of soft wheat in an international tender, according to European traders.

🇹🇳 Tunisia buys 75,000 tonnes of feed barley

Tunisia is also believed to have purchased about 75,000 tonnes of animal feed barley in the same international tender.

💰 Reported purchases:

• 25,000 tonnes from Al Ghurair: $304.40/tonne C&F
• 25,000 tonnes from Bunge: $307.62/tonne C&F

⚠️ Tunisia repeated its previous condition that grain can be supplied from optional origins. For Black Sea grain sellers, this means suppliers cannot invoke force majeure because of the war in Ukraine and must source grain from alternative origins if necessary.
